Welcome Founded in 1765, York Musical Society (YMS) is the oldest Musical Society in England. Today, we are a choral society of approximately 160 members who enjoy performing a challenging repertoire including the more familiar large scale choral works such as Handel's Messiah, the Passions and various Requiems. |
