Interested in becoming a member?

We sing four concerts a year in York Minster under our conductor Philip Moore, Master of the Music at York Minster. Rehearsals take place on Tuesday evenings from 7.30 - 9.30pm at Central Methodist Church in St Saviourgate, York. Click here to see this on a map.

If you are interested in joining the choir, you will need a moderate sight-reading ability, a commitment to attending rehearsals and a love of singing! There is a short audition for new members and an annual membership fee. We are particularly interested in recruiting tenors, but have a waiting list for new alto members at the moment.
